Web design is a process of planning, designing, building, and the final site launch. Each of these steps is an integral part of the overall process for a well-designed, results-oriented web site. Each project is unique and the process will vary amongst web designers.
Our process includes four typical stages:
1. DISCOVERY
This step will define your goals and enable us to understand your target audience. Once we agree to these aspects of your site, we will make recommendations regarding visual, architectural and possible technical applications. We will then prepare a formal proposal for your approval, including a budget.

2. DESIGN
Our graphic designers will refine and develop the visual concepts agreed during the Discovery stage and provide you with mock-ups. This will help to clarify the design concepts and the look and feel of your site.
Once the final visual concept is achieved, we will proceed with the final version, which will be submitted for your final approval.
3. IMPLEMENTATION
This is where the planning and visual concepts come together to construct the site. The templates and your content will be integrated into the final product. We will also be testing functionality at this stage. This is when it is easiest to make alterations or add functionality. Some of these changes, if significant, could result in additional cost.
At the end of this phase, your site will be ready for launch.
4. LAUNCH
At this time, the site is transferred to the host server and goes live, either on the internet, or your company intranet. The next step is to ensure an effective promotion of your web site.
If previously agreed, we will also provide training if you
require the option of updating the site yourself.
